Changing your protected vehicle

Find out how to change your protected vehicle.
Parking permits system

We're currently experiencing technical issues with our permits app.

If you’re unable to use the app, please log in via a desktop or mobile browser to manage your permits and vouchers.

Residents with more than one vehicle

You can put up to two vehicles on your permit, at no extra charge.

Only one vehicle will be covered by the parking permit at any one time and this must be activated via your online permit account. Failure to do so may result in your vehicle receiving a penalty charge notice (PCN).

How to change your protected vehicle

  1. Select the permit you wish to add a vehicle to from the active permits list when you first log in to your parking account, or on the Apply page
  2. Inside the permit, you can nominate which vehicle you would like to have the protection of the permit
  3. To do this, click Change protected vehicle, and then select your preferred vehicle
